Press Release: Pernox AB Transitions to Patina AB as Sole Distributor of Sunnex in Sweden

September 2024 – Sunnex is pleased to announce that our long-standing partner, Pernox AB, will undergo a name change to Patina AB. Patina AB has served as the sole distributor of Sunnex products in Sweden since 2012, ensuring our strong and successful partnership, which our business relationship began in 2005.

In addition to the name change, Patina AB is now part of the Idesta Group. This strategic acquisition will further strengthen Patina AB’s position in the Swedish market. Patina AB will have enhanced resources to drive business development, expand its reach, and continue delivering Sunnex’s high-quality kitchenware and catering products to customers across Sweden.
